Monovarietal extra virgin olive oil made from 100% koroneikes olives.
We closely monitor our product from day one, providing it with the necessary care and love! The olives are picked exclusively by hand, while still unripe and green from our family olive grove in Ilia county. They are immediately pressed in an environment of perfect temperature and the produced oil is quickly packaged. Alpha Pi Flower Salt from Kythera

In Kythera, in the natural cavities that exist in the inaccessible and steep rocks near the sea level, it is carefully collected by hand from the top of the salt of the cavity after the water evaporates and dries in the sun.
