Our Brand

Alpha “α”, the first letter of the Greek alphabet, also used as symbol of superior class or outstanding quality.

Pi “π”, the number which is a mathematical constant, infinite in digits, a miracle with no limit!

These two letters, which also represent our family initials, are selected to brand an exceptional product of everlasting superior quality.

Our Olive Grove

Our small family olive grove is located in the largest and most fertile valley of the Peloponese, in the municipality of Ileia.

The exclusive koroneiki variety trees, well known for the production of outstanding quality
and taste olive oil, are planted gracefully, avoiding closeness to each other.

The olive grove is cultivated and used by the family, employing only natural processes.
The outcome is the limited production of top quality extra virgin olive oil.

Our Product

We are watching the product from the first day of its birth to the flower, giving it the necessary food and watering to bind the bountiful and healthy fruit and apply all the appropriate “good” practices.

100% koroneiki variety olives, handpicked and sorted immature “green”, and within 24 hours cold pressed in temperature below 26°C.

In this manner only the “flower” of the olive oil, the best of the best passes to the next process of bottling.

It is important to mention that from 12 kgs of olives, only 1 kg of “alpha pi” olive oil is produced.

New tin packages

500ml & 1lt
The time spent between oil pressing and bottling is crucial and influences the characteristics and quality of the olive oil.

Within this in mind “alpha pi” oil is stored in special vats for a short period of time until bottling.

As a result, we are able to preserve the freshness and aromas of the olive oil, both of which will be evident throughout its life. We use two sizes in our packaging.

A smaller “economy” tin size of 250ml, and a “luxury” bottle of 500ml.
In both package types we use materials that are absolutely appropriate for olive oil conservation.

The added protection rendered to the luxury package is the use of special tinted glass that protects the olive oil from the sun light and heat.

1. Restart your body with a spoon of alpha pi extra virgin olive oil, every morning.


2. The best homemade pesto and all the other delicious dips, demand extra virgin olive oil.


3. Bread and olive oil have grown up whole generations, from ancient times until today.


4. Add alpha pi at the end of the cooking of the traditional “fasolada” or any other vegetable or legume soup.


5. Mix alpha pi extra virgin olive oil with balsamic vinegar and spices and sprinkle the fresh salads.


6. Springle steaming seafood with extra virgin olive oil and capture all the Mediterranean flavors.


7. Explore the fresh cheese’s taste with some drops of alpha pi extra virgin olive oil.


8. Add some drops of alpha pi to all mixed grilled meat.
